I can't believe I never shared my project before...I started making my own laundry detergent and love the smell and the cost.
Let me share a few steps

This is Fels Napa soap that I grated very fine to add to the mixture.

If you go to Pinterest  you can find many examples of Laundry Detergent recipes.

 

These are some of the items  I used (This picture is from Pinterest)

 I decided to make my own labels with very simple directions so I could give these as gifts.
I found these labels on-line at The Graphics Fairy. Then I used my Purple Cows laminator.

 I even saved the empty  containers to use.

I pulled out my crop o dile to make a hole in the caps-just cut like butter.

Cutting New Mounted Stamps

I wanted to share how I used some of the tools to do things other then projects.

I used the hot knife to cut  unmounted rubber stamps.

I recently went through some of my stamps that needed to be mounted and cut, so it was the perfect opportunity to try my hot knife

I will say it went through the rubber like butter

I was able to stamp and use as soon as I was done.

You Ought To Be In Pictures

Welcome to a quick group of altered projects today using one of my favorite Purple Cows products.

I am always in need of tools to help when I am coloring with alcohol markers. I decided to try a couple stamped images and laminate them,this way I could practice coloring and blending.

Once I was done I could use a permanent cleaner and wipe off and start over.

It is so easy to laminate just about anything

Now I have several of these smaller sized laminated sheets to practice my coloring.
I even decided to laminate a couple extra items while my machine was warmed up

Just a few pictures of my adult children, I did these so I could take them to work and hang them above my desk.

I have a few cards I would like to share that I have created.

I have a card I would like to share that I have created using my favorite The Rubber Café Trailing Butterflies Large stamp.

For this fun fall colored design I used paper from My Mind's Eye, the bling is from Want 2 Scrap, and the stamp is available  from The Rubber Cafe.

The spectacular seam binding is from Really Reasonable Ribbon .I stamped and cut out the extra butterflies from an En caustic Wax background I created.

Someone asked me to create this for a Thank You card for someone that really likes butterflies. What do you think,have I satisfied a butterfly lover?

Again I have used some of my favorite products to create this fun design.

I used a Darice Butterflies embossing folder from Crafter's Companion, Fabulous colorful ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon, ink from Memento from Crafter's Companion. The wonderful flower was created from a die I have from Cheery Lynn Designs. Once again the pearls are from Want 2 Scrap.

The flower center is from My Mind's Eye Lost and Found collection.
