Today you will see some great projects using our July Ribbon Club Assortment and also -featuring Scor-Pal products from our very talented design team. They always come up with some super ideas.
Isn't this assortment great?? It contains 8 styles and a total of 16 yards. If you aren't already a ribbon club member, why not join us today! You will get a fun new ribbon assortment shipped automatically each month.
I knew when I seen this fun assortment of ribbon I needed to make a fun altered gift.
Let me share a few steps along the way
Using the correct tools always make the project go so much faster
I used an average pair of rubber gloves. Now we know that not much sticks to rubber like this.
This is where Scor Pal Tape really comes in handy and makes it all possible, I just used it on the backside of the ribbon.I find it very helpful to have my bone folder to brandish the tape before peeling off the covering.
See the ribbon sticks perfect and serves as a base for the rest of my ribbons.I used my Crop O Dile to make holes all around the glove cuffs.
I went to work tying ribbon in each of the holes-rotating the designs. Do you remember my Baker's Twine holder project I shared awhile back at RRR?I used some of my favorite color to tie and add some fun buttons to my design.
Well I sure can't give a gift without a card can I? I grabbed a Unity stamp set and some of my favorite inks
The sentiment seemed to work perfect with my gift...lol
I think they turned out great-almost nice enough for me to want to clean...maybe not that much!!!
We have come to the point where I need to send you on to the next blog-The one and only Gloria is next, you know how talented she is?
Thanks for joining me and hope you take the time to leave a comment-I so appreciate your visit.
