Scooting Along With RRR

 I pulled out two of the black and pink patterned ribbons to add to my fun design.

My scooter is from Unity Stamps- it is a Kit of the month from the past. I stamped with Memento Ink and came back and colored a few sections with my alcohol markers.

I fussy cut out each scooter and pop dotted each one at a different level .

I layered the ribbons to give some dimension to my design...I added some faux stitches with my white pen to finish this off.
