Let me share my project I made

 I used the Popcorn the Bear EZMount Stamp Set - Party Time set and the balloons from Popcorn the Bear EZMount Stamp Set - Smile. 
You know I used my Spectrum Noir markers to color this cutie

 The fun paper is from Prima and I used a Epiphany bubble punch embellishment maker to make the banner.
I used 3D Crystal Lacquer on the presents and balloons to give them dimension.

 I cut a couple different layers with my Spellbinder shape and matted the image.This is one of my favorite stamps and I love Popcorn Bear images.
