Anyone that knows me- knows I love my purses!
I seen this die cut at Creative Cuts and More and knew I needed to make for a friend as a gift and decorations.
I know she will save it!
Coin Purse Card with Clasps & Ball Chain Handle
So sorry for the bad picture
I used this pattern from my stash and cut it in half and attached to the front and back.
I then decided it needed some glitter!!!
Used a favorite glue of mine and added a clear iridescent kind.
I loved the ball chain handle- how realistic does this look?
After using Tearable Killer White Tape to attach the lining and clasps.
I decided to only close the bottom a little so I can put maybe a small gift: a gift certificate,a favorite lipstick or lip gloss. Is there anything else you would think would work in this cutie?

ReplyDeleteyou are so brave. i'm so afraid to do things like this! this is beautiful.
ReplyDeletewell, the epic comes w/2 long (14") boards. one's marked cutting, the other embossing/cutting and a shim. the handle turns in towards you (not crazy about that). that seems to be all you need. the embossing comes out very nice and deep. can't wait to get the GC.
hugs :)
Oh my is this amazing. You are so darn creative. What a fun way to give a gift card or even a special message. I have a friend who is a purse nut. She likes the real expensive ones. She doesn't have children yet. LOL I am her paper ones and tell her they aren't Louie's they are Linda's. She gets a kick out of it.
ReplyDeleteAlways love your wonderful creations.
Hugs,
Linda
