Is it spring yet in your area?
My image today reminds me of that saying In like a lamb or is it In Like A Lion?
I used the same image
33403 - Lamb from the Biblical Impressions section
from QKR Stampede for two different cards.
This card came together so quickly and I think makes a good impression.
I started with a Green card base and cut out a window with a Spellbinder shape.
The greenerey is a die cut I have that also cuts several flowers and stems.
The flower is a handmade one I made in batches with my Cricut and a hand punch for the leaves.
Ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
I colored the lamb with Copic markers and then decided to add Liquid Applique in white. How easy it was to swirl and heat.
Now you know I had to fussy cut and pop dot in the inside.
See, quick and easy.
This second card is one of my favorites.
I followed the same premise as the first with cutting out a window- then I matted a thinner frame on the front to add color.
Image was colored with Copic and fussy cut and added to the front with that yummy ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon and a fun spray of lilies from Hobby Lobby.
For the inside I printed a free image of Jesus on vellum and mounted on the inside.
Brads from Stampin Up.
So ,are you mailing cards for Easter this year?
Thanks for stopping in- hope you pop over to QKR Stampede and check out the many designs available in rubber or digital
