Stars in my eyes

Oh how fun is this angel in the stars and floating on a cloud? QKR Stampede has some of the cutest angels I think!
I just love  this colorful Copic colored image today-8003 Hanging the Stars is one of my favorite, and I have used several times. Matted with a Top Note die cut shape in black
90208 - Solid Stars Border was used to mat under the angel- I colored some of the stars and added some black pearls from Pizzaz APlenty to decorate.
Ribbon is from my stash- and I used a little Liquid Glass to accent a few spots.
