Extinct? Is that what I said?
Check out my adorable freebie image from TLC Creations. I have been seeing so many darling cards made with this image and just needed to play with it myself.
I enjoyed using some of my other Copic colors.
I seem to be drawn to the color orange also lately. I thought these turned out great, and was fun to color.
I used some Stickles in several colors and Liquid Glass from Close to my Heart to add that extra bling...I think this is one of my most glitzy cards.
Card stock form Close to my Heart, and ribbon from my stash.
Do you have many Stickles in different colors?
I thought this Marmalade color was yummy.
Would you like to see what I was doing all weekend???
I was working on my neglected gardens! You see for the last three summers I was in a surgical boot or preparing for surgery, so I just let everything grow. At least they are all perennials.
Yes I dug this all out on two sides of my house to straighten the line and next I can pull back some more of these over grown gardens.
I also finished this row all the way down. I have to admit it looks so much nicer.
Thanks for visiting today, I always enjoy your visits.

Dawn,
ReplyDeleteI love this card! The little dino/dragons are so fun!!!!! I think the orange with is is just fab! You really captured the liquid glass just in the right light in this photo. I know how difficult that is to show up in a photo. I love it on your flowers. Yes, the marmalade is yummy.
Glad you enjoyed some gardening this weekend too!
Blessings,
Kim xXx
Your card is cute. Did you know that orange looks really good with purple? It's true, Hannah has a pair of purple pants and this orange shirt I put her in all the time, because I love the way it looks together... lol.
ReplyDeleteYour garden looks better than mine!!!!
This card is adorable!!! Love it.
ReplyDeleteGreat card, Dawn! I'm glad that you went over to Create with TLC. Her images and sentiments are awesome! I'm really lovin' orange this year - great color choice!
