Oh yes here I am again- I am back as a guest with design team Die cut Diva from Creative Cuts and More for a wonderful Holiday Blog Hop post of ideas.
If you are just popping in and haven't come from the talented Lisa's blog you might want to start at the beginning Die cut Diva blog.
Terry the owner of Creative Cuts and More has added a great gift-How about a CHRISTMAS card kit?
I am a past winner of Die cut Diva and I got so many goodies in that bag.
To be eligible to win you need to follow these two rules
- You must leave a comment on each blog
- you must come back to Die cut Diva blog and let us know you finished the hop
Added a quick card to start today-Color Block Window A7 Card was a great base to use.
The star in the inside was made with scraps from one of the next projects. I covered this card base and the next project with this really nice weight paper from Hobby lobby. Added a quick sentiment and bling and there you are.
This Candy Box is just a great way to pass on little trinkets or candy.
I decided to make this a place setting gift
Used Christmas Ornament - large to make a tag. I used my Spellbinder shape to cut out the middle- attached it to the bottom. Used gold ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon to tie up this cute place setting gift.Used a piece of acetate and ink embossed words between two pieces. Used my gold Krylon pen to color the tip of the ornament.
This Trapezoid Box- flat top box is another one of my favorite. I assembled and added panels cut out of Christmas paper from Hobby Lobby. I inked all the edges to make it look rustic, filled with crinkle ribbon and tied with a bow. This ribbon and the flowers are from Michaels . Wouldn't this be pretty to give a small treat or gift in?
This last project was just so much fun to make. I used Cupcake Box set and Buckle.
I stamped the two panels with two different stamps from my stash- stamped the Christmas scene on separate paper and used colored liquid applique to color wreath and snow. Each was fussy cut out and pop dotted to two of the panels. Music stamp was high lighted with liquid applique also.
Punched holes around the lid and weaved red gingham ribbon from Micheaels.Closed up the bow with the buckle to add a great accent.
Now don't you think this is a great idea to give a delicate ornament to someone?
Now I must send you on to the next talented lady- it will be Darsie's blog.
If you get lost during the blog- no worries my friends- just pop over to Die-Cut-Diva blog and there will be a list of all the talented ladies in the hop today
THANK YOU so much for stopping in today. Hope you enjoyed my holiday projects, a BIG thank you to Terry and the team for letting me join them the last two months as a guest designer.
