The Red Bird Sings-Season's Greetings

Wait till you see this beautiful image from Eureka Stamps.
I am so in love with any stamp that is of an animal, this Christmas image is perfect.
This image is called Season's Greetings Cardinal Card.I love when the sentiment and image are all together like this one.
My image was colored with Copic markers. Matting was done twice to bring out the colors in this image. My airbrush machine was used for the background.I found this patterned paper at Hobby Lobby and just love the pattern
Burgundy ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon worked to add the texture.
Just a few red pearls to decorate from Pizzazz Aplenty.I even used a little Liquid Glass to accent the berries.
Now I couldn't forget to share a view of the inside, just ready for a message.
Did you know most images are available in both unmounted red rubber and digital at Eureka Stamps.
You can pop over and get some great images for your Holiday cards.

This is my last post today!
I want to take this time to THANK Maribeth for giving me so much as a design team member of QKR Stampede, Biblical Impressions, and Eureka Stamps.

Candy Cane Wishes

Today my Eureka Stamp image is one yummy project.
Can you believe it is only one month and five days till Christmas?
Let me share my card today.
I started by coloring my image with Copic markers, then I went in to touch with a little Creative Inspirations Paint.
I found this Stampin Up paper in my stash and knew it would be a great background for my red Candy Cane.
Now you know I fussy cut and pop dotted to my card.
I little greenery and red berries make it really pop.
Last I added a few  red pearls from Pizzazz Aplenty.
Did you know there is also the Legend of The Candy Cane background stamp available at Eureka Stamps, bet this would be wonderful together.
Hope I gave you a little inspiration today.

Legend of The Butterfly

It is time for me to share another great design using Eureka Stamps- this is probably one of the quickest and easiest cards I have made.
Decided to share a couple versions of the same design. This background stamp is Legend of the Butterfly, so perfect for a Christmas card, but I chose to group it with Large Lacey Butterfly and use it as a Thinking of you type card.
The designer paper and card stock are from CTMH . The butterfly was stamped on plastic shrinky type material- I believe this is one from Wendy Vecchi. I used Stazon so it would be permanent. I ended up just coloring on the backside of the butterfly with my Copics. After cutting out the butterflies I warmed them with my embossing gun to shape the wings. Once they cooled they were permanent.
I also used Viva Pearls in Gold to accent the wings and the background of the card.

So have you started your Christmas cards yet? Pop over and check out some great Background stamps to copy this design. Maybe you are looking for a more traditional type Christmas stamp for your cards, check out this link at Eureka Stamps.

Send In The Clown

Have you been checking out the many balloon, and balloon holder stamps, we have been showcasing at Eureka Stamps this month?
I have one more card I would like to share- hope you like him.

I used the following stamps
This is such a simple design but I enjoyed all the pieces together. I cut circles out the front of the card and matted a larger shape around each.
I colored all the images with Copic markers, and cut out each image.
I centered each animal to pick out from the circles except, for that one stray balloon that always seems to get away!

I used string from Pizzazz Aplenty to anchor the other balloons.
So glad  I could share so many balloon holder, and balloons with you this month.

Welcome To The Circus

How about some fun balloon and balloon holders to share from Eureka Stamps?
I stamped (with Stazon) these images on a shrinky Dink type material from Wendy Vecchi.
I colored on the backside of the stamped image with CTMH markers.
Once the ink was dry I cut out each of the images- then I used a white wash paint to cover the back.
I used wooden skewers and hot glued the images.
The container is a decorative white band-aid box with animal paper from CTMH.
I am sharing a couple views that can be clicked on and viewed closer.
All the images were colored with Copic markers and accented with Liquid glass.

Wolf Spirit Guide

American Indians put much significance in the importance of their spirit guides. The  wolf is one of those important ones.
Some of you might know that my children happen to be American Indian- so I enjoy the heritage and meanings.
Eureka Stamps has one of the best I have seen- really this majestic wolf is magnificent.
So do you think he lives up to my words?
Very basic card- but so impressive with this handsome
36501 Wolf.
I used some Copic markers to accent him and the greenery That is fibers I tied on the side. Image was matted with some embossed card stock that looks like leather.

3-D Crafts Are so Fun To Make

Today I have some great 3 d projects to share from Eureka Stamps.
I was so fortunate that Maribeth from QKR Stampede asked all of her design team members to work with the 3 d images.
So let me share some of the finished projects I made.

This first card was made with the fern and leaf set-I am showing several I made with plain card stock and also a pattern paper. I love that there is stitching on each frond and all I did was fussy cut and fold the piece.
The lion is also from QKR Stampede.

These two cards above were just so easy to put together and so fun to use on a card using the orchid pattern.. Papers are from CTMH and Hobby Lobby. Ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
These are what the pieces look like after being stamped and cut out.You actually use the back side of the stamped images.
My last card was made with the daisy pattern .Paper and doily from my stash, ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon.
This is what the daisy looks like after being stamped and cut out.

That is what I have to share today from Eureka Stamps. I hope you check out the many 3 d images available- you won't believe how many there are in the store.

You've Been On My Heart

I knew when I seen this image at Eureka Stamps- I had to play with it. Now I love to color with my Copic markers , but I know this would love lovely just stamped without any color.
If your looking for an image that will wow the receiver then this is your stamp.
Wanted to show a close up- where I chose to use a piece of Tim Holtz alterable as a way to highlight the HEART word.Pizzazz Aplenty gems
I always enjoy a stamp that includes a sentiment and image all in one.
The butterfly was highlighted with Liquid Glass.
