Crafty Chica Glitter Bag To Share

Welcome my friends,
I am thrilled to be able to share a new and fun project with all of you.
The very talented Kathy Cano-Murillo has come out with her own line of fun craft products.
I am one of the lucky people that was chosen to share a project using one of her new products.
This is my  funky tote I created with the Market Tote I received.
Let me share some steps along the way.
By gathering all my supplies and making sure I didn't have to search for items I could quickly design my tote.
I KNEW I was going to use glitter to design with.I surely have enough glitter to design with.
I folded a large piece of watercolor paper in the inside so the glue didn't bleed through to the inside.

I started with some  liquid glue to hold the glitter and used it as a pen to draw lines and slowly add  the glitter in sections and let it dry in between.
It was so fun to mix several colors of glitter and make a fun design that popped.

I found some fun ribbons from Really Reasonable Ribbon and my stash to add to the top of the bag. Next I found a fun purple zebra print and added it to the handles to give them a funky design. Purple was chosen as the accent color because I thought this would be fun to send to my daughter and she loves Purple.
How about some close ups? I used some spray adhesive to lightly cover the outside of the design so I could sprinkle some light Blue and Purple glitter to accent.

Can you see where I used silver to outline the skull to make it pop? I really like how all the colors worked together.
One more view of my finished tote. I hope you go to your local Michael's and see if they are carrying Crafty Chica's products.
