Our Challenge this week at Cheery Lynn designs Challenge blog is SHAPED CARDS
Our team was sent a box of goodies to play with the MAKIN WAVES collection
I used the following Cheery Lynn Designs dies:
French Flair - Classic LG Stackers Nesting Dies
Scalloped Circle
Iris Leaves
Doily Stacker Circles 1, 2, 3
Here is one side of the box, with some fun dies to decorate this box.
Here is the top
Here is the other side.Don't you love these surfers?
I decided I needed to make a few quick cards sort of a note card set, who can't use a few cards on hand to write notes in. Look at these fun colors and adorable characters.I even made a decorated envelope to coordinate with the cards. We got to use some Imaginisce clear stamps that were perfect to stamp on the fishes.
I decided to make a scalloped circle Kraft card base and then layer some of the fun designer pieces using the doily circle and smaller scalloped shapes.
My favorite shape and die to use for card bases is this French Flair. I decided to make a quick clean and simple design with layering the fun paper and added a dimensional sticker.
On the inside I once again layered the papers and added a quick sticker sentiment.
Some fun matching ribbon and a canvas sticker on the envelope.
All of us at Cheery Lynn Designs are so thrilled that we got to join Imaginisce with our joint venture this week. Hope you join us each day to see all the wonderful projects here on the Design blog, on the challenge blog and the Imaginisce Blog.
