Do You Have Vellum In Your Supplies?

This week the challenge at Sweet Stamps is :
Parchment (vellum)

Each week we choose a winner from the challenge to win a $20 Shopping Spree at Sweet Stamps towards your purchase of rubber stamps. You can use any stamp for your card but if you use a Sweet stamp you receive two entries in the challenge.
Remember, you can only enter the challenge one time, those using Sweet Stamps images will get an extra drawing in the challenge. Please limit the amount of challenges to 10 (including ours)  You must link back to us in your blog post.
I used the following supplies:
I decided to use a frame and make a window in my card base and add a sheet of parchment.First I had to make it decorative, stamped the floral image and embossed, and colored on the backside.
I wanted to share a close up of the details of the stamp and the frame- I think they both look beautiful.
I used a few pearls to accent here and there.
Last I made an extra flower and added to the corner of the frame. Really a pretty simple design with a crisp white bow added at the top.
That's it for me today, off I go, hope to see you play along with us this week- I bet you have Parchment paper (vellum) in your supplies somewhere!

  17. Hi Dawn

Thank you for dropping by my blog. I decided to take another look at your work because you are so very right, people do not always leave comments these days. I love to receive comments and I suspect that the reason I occasionally enter challenges it is because I hope to receive a couple of comments - isn't that dreadful of me? But that is why I always try to comment on all of the entries in the Crafty Boots Challenges.

I am so pleased I did call back because your work is amazing and this card is just incredible, wow! I love it.
