Some Organizing To Share (lots of Pics)

Today I have a fun project to share that I have been working on but isn't a craft project!!!

If you have been coming here for awhile you know I LOVE,LOVE to organize and change things all the time.
While searching through Pinterest one day I found a great idea and knew it would be a spectacular project to do when I could find the time!
Here is a link to the creative lady that shared her directions Ink Up by Cheryl.
So let me share what my honey helped me do to keep me organized
My honey went to work using a very light weight wood and cutting blocks and boring out a hole for my finger daubers.
I went to work making a shelf using old foam board someone gave me that was being thrown away.
After my honey sanded these beauties, I went to work labeling each of them with my label maker.
There are three sections of my most used inks for easy accessibility. My Memento and Stazon are on the deepest shelf. My Tim Holtz /Ranger distressing inks on the other two thinner shelves.
This is a high table right behind my desk that my big shot sits on and my hot glue and embossing area.
My overage of extra ribbons are above. I cut all this foam core and pieced together with my hot glue gun. It went together really easily and may not be beautiful looking (you can see some of the printing on the original sign) but it works so perfectly to have them all so accessible.
Here is a full view of how they all fit nicely against the wall and really don't take up much space. I am not completely done, I have more blocks but also need some more finger daubers to finish them off.I might even paint the shelf yet.
Thanks for popping in and checking out my latest project.
What are you working on? leave me a link so I can come and check it out.

  7. What a great idea for the daubers! Would not have thought to build a shelve out of foam board. Thanks for sharing on CSI.
