Welcome My Guest Today-The Talented Cheryl

Let me say I am one of the most blessed people to have these talented ladies agree to share on my blog and I am SO HONORED
Can you believe I have a second guest this week? Did you see my funny friend Stef's post yesterday?

My guest today that I admire is Cheryl from Cheryl's Creative Atc's Card"s.

Hi Everyone,
My name is Cheryl, and I have been crafting for about 2 and half years and have loved every second of it.
Thanks to my dear friend Jude who first got me started in the land of blogging, best thing I have ever done.
When Dawn asked me to be a GD on her blog I jumped at the chance as I think this is s a super idea too see all different types of craft from lots of people all over the world.

I started crafting, after suffering with illness for many years, and started on Trimcraft, were I made lots of friends, and after only a few months was made,ATC Maker of the year.
Never thought I would be good enough to be on any DT’s to be honest so too be on,these amazing ones,I am really honored.
Just recently I have been trying out different dimensional things in crafting, making, frames, bags, etc. so this is what I have come up with. This project started as something completely different,I was about half way through making a case and then thought of this idea instead.
This piece is special,as things have not been easy over the last few months, and nearly gave it all up,then Michelle came along and offered me a spot on her team to showcase items in her shop so this really is a thank you to her for giving me a lifeline.
This is called the Market Place
The base is using,Steam punk papers from the My Craft Studio CD,then using Tim Holtz lost and found sticker sheet.
Now as many crafters throw nothing away I have used the card board that,is on the front and the back of the sheets,to create a stronger base for the sides and bottom of the shop.
I have also used it to create the signs, out side the shop as you will see in the pictures.
The tiny furniture I had in a dolls house that I had when I was small.
The dress forms are also created from a My Craft Studio CD,I have just cut, then pasted, from different designs, and then cut them out.
The tiny books are not made, just the tiny wee green ones I made using card, and paper.
The clock is from my stash.
The charms,are Tim Holtz,
The rest of the pictures on the roof and on the back are from the lost and found, sticker sheets.
Market Place is done also by using the letters, from the Lost and found Sticker sheets.
This did take me a while to complete, but have had great fun in doing this, and I really hope you all enjoy looking at it.
Thank you Dawn for allowing me to be part of your, blog it was a real pleasure, take care every one love Cheryl xxx
