How About A New Sneak Peek? You Will Love This One!

*** I have TWO posts today-Refresh and check out my second one***

Hello, I am here with a new week of sneak peeks  at Crafter's Companion.
This is a new set called Rose Clock from Stamp It -you can keep watching RIGHT HERE for the release.
Let me share my project and a few steps it took to make this one.
I chose to share a decor piece with this image using an acrylic frame from Clear Scraps.
To start with I have the images on a piece of  vellum and white card stock .

This is the normal size of the image,I can fit six of them on a standard  8 1/2 x 11 size of paper. At this point I chose to Enlarge the image for my project using my scanner and printer. I always color several copies to use-never know how many I will need.
***Always check with the company to make sure you are not breaking their copyright on using the stamp***
I did get permission to do this for this project.
Our design team has been using Spectrum Noir markers and are showing many projects using these new alcohol markers. Above is the colors I used- I just love these combos!
This is what the vellum image looks like colored with the color combos -I colored right on the top of the image. Sometimes I like to color on the backside to get a different look.
This is the image colored on card stock, can you see the difference between the vellum image above?
These colors are amazing on this image-I love how rich the colors are.
I also love to use grays to highlight the outside of my images-really makes the colors pop.
I decided to place the card stock copy on the backside of the frame, and the vellum copy on top of the frame.I attached these to the Acrylic frame with clear pop dots. Next I decided to fussy cut a second copy of a vellum image and layer that on top of the first vellum layer.See those extra copies come in handy!
Can you see that I used 3D Crystal Lacquer on that layer? It was hard to photograph and show the beauty of this layer without getting crazy shine.

This is a final picture of the finished project decorated. Pearls were used to cover the clear pop dots.
I also chose to use some glitter to accent the edges of the project and around the rim of the clock.Red ribbon bows were attached to the top for some extra texture and color.
I just love this sentiment and know this is an image I will want to use again and again.
Let me know if you have any questions, I will gladly answer if I can.
